Quality Performance Charter
A statement of service is offered for information and guidance to identify gaps and areas for further development and to reassure staff that they are already undertaking much of what is required. Mapping standards already in use against the Guidance Councils Quality Standards is a useful process and must be pushed forward in its delivery.
Exploration of the quality standards will reveal both unknown skills amongst staff and promote discussion of implementing different ways of doing things e.g. using different experiences from previous employment to implement new systems of working.
The broad range of questions posed to trainee's gives feedback on the whole service we provide. These can include the service of any member of staff, the process to apply standards is to constantly review competence and underline the importance of their job role and the value of their work they are undertaking. Therefore giving staffs work a greater recognition and a boost to staff moral.
